New York, October 30, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- Neuberger Next Generation Connectivity Fund Inc. ( NYSE : NBXG, hereinafter referred to as the "Fund") announced a dividend of $0.132 per common share.
The distribution announced today will be paid on November 30, 2026, with the record date being November 16, 2026, and the ex-dividend date also being November 16, 2026.
According to its proactive management and distribution policy, the fund is expected to distribute $0.132 per common share on a monthly basis, although this may vary depending on market conditions, unless further action is taken to determine a different amount. Whether the fund will be able to maintain the current distribution rate will depend on various factors, including the amount and stability of income generated from its investments, the availability of capital gains, as well as the level of other fund expenses and expenditures. There is no guarantee that the fund will always be able to pay a specific amount in distributions, nor is there any guarantee that distributions will consist solely of net investment income.
To maintain a stable distribution amount, today's announcement of distributions, as well as future distributions, may consist of net investment income, realized short-term and long-term capital gains, and capital refunds. In accordance with Section 19 of the revised 1940 Investment Company Act, if a distribution is not composed entirely of net investment income, a notice will be provided. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not intended for tax filing purposes. It will disclose the components estimated to be included in the distribution (if any), including net investment income, capital gains, and capital refunds. The ultimate sources and tax attributes of the distributions paid throughout 2026 will be determined after the end of the year.
